my stay was quite lovely this time around! the room was immaculate and spacious, definitely a step up from my last visit in san diego. i appreciated the friendly staff, especially during our romantic getaway, which truly elevated the experience.

Comfortable bed, spacious towels, and the water filling stations throughout the hotel were a great touch. The helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. the convenient location just 500 meters from Santa Fe Depot made it easy to explore the area.

my stay at hotel sofia was fantastic! the location was perfect, close to all the best restaurants and the waterfront. the deluxe double room was comfy, and the history of the hotel was intriguing. i especially loved the pressure point massage, it really helped me relax. plus, the guided walk with pamela was an awesome bonus!

I had a comfortable stay in the cozy Deluxe King Room! The location was top-notch, just a short stroll to Gaslamp. However, the ventilation was super loud, which made it hard to relax. 😅

The ambiance was nice. even though the elevators shook a bit, it didn’t overshadow the lovely overall experience. If you’re parking, just know it’s not included, so plan for that! 🌟

Sofia's nearby eats are a delight! Specialty's Cafe and Bakery is a must-try for a quick bite, and Lucy's Taco Shop rocks for tasty tacos. Plus, the hotel ambiance really gave off those charming historic vibes that's just perfect for a foodie escape.

I found the room a bit cramped—definitely not as spacious as the pics promised. Plus, the washbasin situation was less than ideal, and I had to MacGyver some security with a chair at night. Still, the charm of San Diego kept my spirits high!
